Gheek Beauty is an Ayurvedic cosmetic brand offering skincare, haircare, body care, and wellness products formulated with traditional Ayurvedic ingredients and principles. Our products are designed for external/topical use unless otherwise indicated.

2. Eligibility

5. Orders & Pricing

5.1 Placing Orders: By placing an order through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gheek Beauty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5.2 Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5.3 Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such cancellations.

5.4 Payment: We accept payment via credit card. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

5.5 Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when the product has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 We currently ship in United States and Canada. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

6.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Gheek Beauty shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6.4 International Orders: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local authorities. Gheek Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your Gheek Beauty products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
• Certain product categories (e.g., intimately used items, personalized products) may be excluded from returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

7.2 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@gheekbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping costs.

7.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-8 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.4 How to Initiate a Return

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Costs associated with return shipping will be deducted from applicable refunds.

8.1 All content on the Gheek Beauty website and Services — including but not limited to the brand name “Gheek Beauty,” logos, trademarks, trade dress, product names, product formulations, text, graphics, images, videos, blog content, and software — is the exclusive property of Gheek Beauty or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.3 You may not:

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@gheekbeauty.com. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 30 days.
• Mediation/Arbitration: Mediation/Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Mercer County, New Jersey.
• Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Gheek Beauty.

15.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey.
