Introducing
The Foot Ritual
Five Ayurvedic steps for deeply restored, softened feet, including gold-charged ghee.
A ritual for rest. Featuring Gold-Charged Ghee.
Across many traditional households and within classical Ayurvedic thought, there exists a quiet practice of gently charging ghee with pure 24 karat gold.
In Ayurveda, ghee is called Sneha, a word that means both love and fats. It is described as yogavahi: a carrier that conveys the qualities of associated substances while maintaining its own essential nature. This is why ghee forms the foundation of Sneha Kalpana, the classical method of preparing herbal preparations in a lipid base.
At Gheek Beauty, this philosophy guides everything we make.
How We Formulate
Our products are inspired by classical Ayurvedic lipid preparations and developed with modern formulation discipline. We use whole-herb infusions, nourishing lipids, and carefully selected actives.
Gheek Beauty was born from a simple belief: that the rituals our grandmothers practiced in kitchens and courtyards across India were not old-fashioned. They were ahead of their time.
Ghee on the feet. Oil in the navel. Herbs prepared slowly, with intention. These were not wellness trends. They were daily acts of self-knowledge passed down through generations.
We named our brand after ghee, Sneha in Sanskrit, the word for both fat and love, because we believe the two have always been the same thing. To nourish is to love. To slow down is to care.
Paada Soundarya, The Foot Ritual, is our first collection.
